Search Process

Searching the right candidate is the base of the right recruitment agency and each assignment requires individual perspective, we believe that our search process should be vital for the organization growth and strategy and we recognize and this is becomes our duty play the role of the strategic partner for the company in finding the right candidates to nurture the organization in the recruitment process.

Our search process is passed on through series and steps as under:

Step 1 - Targeting candidates as per Job description

  • Consulting with Client and understanding the detailed about the client organization and working culture.
  • Creating the job description for the ideal candidate as per client requirement.
  • To find out the list of target companies from which required candidates have to selected.

Step 2- Exhaustive search and Identification process

  • To create a exhaustive search on the target companies, our external networks and our internal database.
  • Identifying the genuine candidates as per their back ground and the skill set.
  • Providing you feeding back from the candidates regarding their overall interest, perception of the opportunity or any concerns that need to be addressed.
  • Identification of the potential candidates and continued conversations.

Step 3- Interview with the agency

  • Evaluating candidate personal and professional qualifications via an interview by one or more of our partners.
  • Inviting candidates for interview at our office.
  • Begin with preliminary reference checks on candidates; at least 2- 3 references checks are being done to probe career history, character and perceived potential.
  • Verify originals documents of the candidates certificates.
  • Present recommendation and summary findings of the shortlisted candidates.

Step 4 - Arranging Interview with the clients

  • Arranging face to face, telephonic interview, skype or video conference as per the client request.
  • Serving as an intermediary during the interview process.
  • If required advising clients on designing of employment contract copy and compensation package.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for the client till the offer letter is released and candidates join the company.
